Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@qrtracts.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by offering a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@qrtracts.com.
